Maintenance Coordinator
Borger Group of Companies is currently looking for a Maintenance Coordinator to assist and support a wide range of maintenance projects from start to finish. You will be responsible for the monthly billing and filing for the maintenance team. A team member in this role needs to be flexible and needs to adapt to a fluid environment.

The ideal candidate will have a willingness to learn and great organizational skills.

The goal will be to ensure all administrative support documentation, methodologies and reports are delivered on time according to requirements and all billing is sent out in accordance with submission timelines.

Responsibilities
· Collaborate with Borger’s Maintenance Manager and Video Consultant.
· Update project schedules, keep minutes and assist in Operational Meetings
· Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports
· Ensure adherence and filing to all health and safety documentation and report any issues.
· Ensure monthly billing is completed on time and efficiently.

Requirements
· Good knowledge of MS Office any additional software training will be
provided for Riskcast, Vizzn and other software as needed.
· Proficient in ALL Excel programs
· Ability to work independently yet achieve goals as a team member
· Outstanding communication and attention to detail
· Excellent organizational and time-management skills
· A team player willing to work as required to complete projects in a timely manner.
